According to CourtHouseNews, Ferrari’s legal battle against German toy company Autec AG to maintain the right to use its earlier-trademarked name “Testarossa” has ended in a victory for the Italian auto manufacturer.
Last month, the European Court of Justice reportedly overruled a German court decision rescinding Ferrari’s right to use the name of one of its most famous cars.
