Final, Revised Intellectual Property Enforcement Guidelines (IPEGs) Published

Today, the Competition Bureau published the final version of its revised Intellectual Property Enforcement Guidelines (IPEGs), which clarify the Bureau’s approach to investigating alleged anti-competitive activities that involve intellectual property.

In the coming weeks, the Goodmans IP Team will provide commentary regarding the revised IPEGs.
