As reported by GM Authority, GM recently filed a trademark application for the phrase “Like Nothing Else”, which GM used for commercials in the early 2000s. The trademark was filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the application was filed under a Goods and Services category reserved for “motor land vehicles, namely, automobiles, trucks and sport utility vehicles”.
The “Like Nothing Else” phrase was used to advertise the Hummer H2 and Hummer H3 throughout the 2000s, before GM put a stop to the Hummer brand production.
It is possible the company intends to use the phrase in future ads for the Hummer EV across television, print, and web, as well as on apparel and other official GM-licensed accessories.
