Goodmans IP Group Wins Patent Impact Case of the Year Again for Takeda Canada v Apotex
Congratulations to the Goodmans Intellectual Property Litigation Team, who won a Patent Impact Case of the Year award for their representation of Apotex Inc., in which they successfully avoided a finding of patent infringement sought by Takeda relating to dexlansoprazole products. This is the team's second impact case of the year award in 2025.
The Goodmans trial team consisted of Andrew Brodkin, Jenene Roberts, Jaclyn Tilak, Jerry Topolski and Emily Groper. Congratulations to all!
