Andrew Brodkin, who acted for the intervener, the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada ("IPIC"), in Canadian National Railway Company v. BNSF Railway Company, 2020 FCA 45, was interviewed by the Lawyer's Daily for an article regarding the Federal Court of Appeal's clarification to the law of obtaining protective orders in patent litigation in Canada.
