As recently reported by the Valdosta Daily Times and BusinessWire, The LYCRA Company (“LYCRA”), a global leader in fiber and technology solutions in the textile and apparel industry, announced that it reached a settlement in recent patent infringement cases.
The Jiangsu Authority of China recently mediated LYCRA’s lawsuit against four companies found to be infringing on its dual core patents for denim.
LYCRA’s general counsel announced that the parties reached a financial settlement for an undisclosed amount in consideration for dropping claims against all companies involved and the companies agreeing to cease infringing on LYCRA’s patents.
