As reported by VW Vortex, the German automaker filed three new trademark applications with Germany’s patent office for "T-Sport", "T-Go", and "T-Coupé". Volkswagen may be seeking to expand its T-brand to five models, in addition to the existing T-Cross and T-Roc.
Volkswagen recently announced that it will be launching 34 new models worldwide in 2020, including twelve SUVs and eight electric or hybrid vehicles. Although it is difficult to speculate on the new vehicles based on these names alone, commentators assume that they will involve some form of crossover, similar to the T-Cross and T-Roc.
