Richard Naiberg of the Goodmans IP Team will be participating in the Advocates' Society's upcoming program, "Examining and Cross-Examining Experts", which is scheduled for Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 1:00-4:30 pm.
Richard will be addressing the topic "Knowing Your Job: The Do's and Don'ts of Working with an Expert" from 1:05-1:40 pm.
Richard has been working with internationally-renowned scientific experts in complex intellectual property law matters for decades and is well-known for his use of the "blinding" technique, which has been very effective in attacking patents on the basis of obviousness.
